What if I have a shorter intimate wedding day?

Intimate weddings are absolutely beautiful, and we love photographing them! Whether you're having a small ceremony with just immediate family or an elopement for two, we can create a photography package that perfectly fits your celebration.

For shorter events, we focus on capturing the most important moments while still providing you with a comprehensive gallery that tells your love story. We'll work with you to identify the key moments and create a timeline that maximises our coverage time.

What if we have more than one location on the day to be photographed?

Multiple locations are no problem! Many couples choose to have their ceremony at one venue and reception at another or want to include a special location for portraits. We're experienced in managing multi-location weddings and will work with you to create a timeline that allows for smooth transitions.

We'll factor in travel time between locations and may recommend specific timing to ensure the best lighting and flow for your day. Additional travel time between distant locations may affect our coverage recommendations, which we'll discuss during your consultation.

How far do you travel?

We're based in Coventry, but love photographing weddings throughout Warwickshire and the UK. Owning a campervan enables us to be able to travel to locations the day before your big day. For weddings within our local region, there are no travel fees. For destinations beyond our local area, we may charge a minimal travel fee.

We're always excited about destination weddings and unique venues! Some of our most memorable weddings have been in beautiful, far-off locations. Contact us to discuss your venue, and we'll provide transparent pricing for any travel requirements.

What if it rains on our wedding day?

Weather is one thing we can't control, but we can certainly prepare for it! We always discuss backup plans during your consultation and work with your venue to identify covered areas for ceremonies and photos if needed.

Rain can actually create some incredibly romantic and unique photo opportunities. We come prepared with protective gear for our equipment and can work with umbrellas, covered porches, and indoor spaces to ensure you still get beautiful photos regardless of the weather. Many of our couples favourite photos have been taken in unexpected weather conditions!

Delivery & Products

When will I receive my photos?

We understand how excited you are to see your wedding photos! We deliver a sneak peek of images within 24-48 hours after your wedding. Your complete gallery of professionally edited images will be ready within 6 weeks of your wedding date.

We believe in taking the time necessary to ensure every image meets our high standards rather than rushing the editing process.

How many photos will we receive?

The number of photos depends on your package and the length of coverage. For a full 8-hour wedding day, most couples receive 600-800 beautifully edited images.

We focus on quality over quantity, carefully curating your gallery to include the best moments, emotions, and details from your day. Every image in your gallery will be professionally edited and ready to print or share.

Do you offer albums and prints?

Yes! We offer a range of premium albums and prints to help you preserve and display your wedding memories. Our albums are crafted with high-quality materials and professional printing to ensure they last for generations.

We can also provide guidance on the best images for printing and recommend sizes and formats for different spaces in your home. While digital galleries are convenient for sharing, there's something special about holding physical prints and albums that showcase your love story.

Do we get the rights to our photos?

Yes, you receive full personal usage rights to all images in your wedding gallery. This means you can print, share on social media, and use the images for personal purposes without restriction. We only ask that you do not alter images yourself.

The images remain copyrighted to us as the photographers, which is standard practice in the industry. This protects the artistic integrity of our work while giving you complete freedom to enjoy and share your photos.

Technical & Professional

Are you insured?

Yes, we carry comprehensive professional liability insurance and equipment insurance. This protects both you and us in the unlikely event of any issues. We can provide proof of insurance to your venue if required.

What kind of equipment do you use?

We use professional-grade camera equipment from leading manufacturers, including multiple camera bodies, a variety of lenses for different situations, and professional lighting equipment when needed. Our equipment is specifically chosen for its reliability, and ability to perform in various lighting conditions.

We're always investing in the latest technology to ensure we can capture the highest quality images in any situation, from dimly lit churches to bright outdoor ceremonies.

Do you have backup equipment?

Absolutely!

We bring backup cameras, lenses, memory cards, and batteries to every wedding. Equipment can fail at any time, and we're prepared for any situation. We also have backup lighting equipment and other essential gear.

This backup equipment ensures that technical issues never impact your wedding photography. We've never missed capturing important moments due to equipment failure, and we intend to keep it that way!

Do you work with a second photographer?

For most full-day weddings, we recommend having a second photographer to ensure comprehensive coverage. A second photographer allows us to capture multiple perspectives during key moments like the ceremony and reception and enables us to photograph both partners getting ready simultaneously.

The decision to include a second photographer depends on your venue size, guest count, and personal preferences. We'll discuss the benefits during your consultation and help you decide what's best for your specific celebration.

Can we make changes to our package after booking?

The earlier we know about any adjustments, the better we can plan for your special day. Some changes may affect pricing or availability, which we'll communicate clearly and transparently.
