WEDDING FAQ

The majority of Wedding Photographers take their bookings a year in advance, so if you love the look and feeling that you get from a photographer, then we would advise you contact them initially and book them to secure the date for your special Wedding day.

As Qualified Professional Photographers we are insured with both Public Liability and Professional Indemnity Insurance.

We ask that you contact us initially by completing the form to ensure that we are available on your Wedding Day.

Once we have agreed our availability to take your wedding photographs for you, we will call you and a non refundable 25% deposit for your chosen Wedding package can be made.

The deposit will secure your date and we will then provide you a Contract outlining our services.

The Deposit goes towards the cost of your Wedding Collection price and the final payment is required 6 weeks prior to your Wedding Day.

We will always ask that we have a Pre-Wedding Consultation even if this is for a smaller Intimate Wedding. This can be done immediately after paying the deposit and again nearer to your wedding date. If you are not available to meet us in person then we can always call you at a time that is suitable for you both.

A pre-wedding consultation serves several purposes, benefiting both you and us. It will help us to work with you both and plan your day so that we can take images of every aspect of your day and not miss a thing. Please click on “Your-pre-wedding-consultation” for further details.

We totally understand that some couples may not wish to choose a Full Day Wedding package and you may only want the key moments photographed, such as the Ceremony, Cocktail Hour, Reception and Group Photos of the special guests that have attended your Wedding day.

We have therefore created a Wedding Collection for up to 3 hours and we can always discuss a bespoke package for you, should you require this.

By having a Pre-wedding consultation tailored to your shorter Wedding day and specific needs, you can still benefit from the expertise and guidance of from us while ensuring that you're only paying for the services you truly need.

Included within our Wedding Collections is travel up to a one-hour radius from Coventry.

Should your venue be located beyond this distance, we're more than happy to accommodate for a nominal fee. Feel free to reach out to us to discuss your specific needs!

We provide a sneak peek of 6 edited images the following day These are ideal for you to add to your Social Medial should you wish to do so.

We do however work on returning your images back to you within 5 weeks as we do look at each one individually.

If you have had a more Intimate Wedding day and have decided to have a Wedding Collection that is up to 3 hours then your images can be returned within two weeks.

We review each and every image and we then select the best from all the images taken on the day. We edit each image using Photoshop and Lightroom. As we are Qualified Professional photographers and the qualification was gained for Portraiture, we will be looking at colour correction, exposure adjustment, cropping and composition, skin retouching (minimal), and background enhancement, and overall consistency.

We do not however change physical appearances such as nose, chin, face, body weight or remove tattoos. If this is required then an additional charge will be made per image where required.

At no point will you receive RAW unedited images as this is a very large part of the Wedding Service we provide to you and something that we have great pride in. We will ensue that we devote our time to ensure that you receive the Best of the Best.
