What happens when two people named Cody fall in love? Well, we’d say they were simply destined to be together! Cody and Cody’s scorching hot summer wedding on Saturday 5th July 2025 was a heartfelt celebration filled with love, laughter, and sunshine — and we at SimplyGreatShots Photography had the absolute pleasure of capturing every special moment.


The Wedding Ceremony at St Peter’s Church, Cookley.

The day began in Cookley, Kidderminster at the elegant St Peter’s Church, a stunning location steeped in tradition and charm. As the sun poured through the ornate stained glass windows, friends and family gathered in anticipation.

The atmosphere was emotional and joyful as Cody (the bride) made her entrance - radiant, beaming, and ready to meet her perfect match at the altar.


The ceremony was filled with meaningful glances, a few happy tears, and even a chuckle or two when the officiant had to double-check which Cody was which! The unique coincidence of their shared name made the ceremony even more memorable - and provided plenty of light-hearted moments for us to capture.

From Kidderminster to the Countryside: Redhouse Barn, Worcester

After the ceremony, the wedding party headed to the gorgeous Redhouse Barn in Worcester. Nestled in the heart of the countryside, this award-winning venue was the perfect setting for a relaxed yet stylish reception.


With the summer sun shining and blue skies overhead, the outdoor spaces at Redhouse Barn were in full bloom. We took full advantage of the natural light and scenic backdrops to capture breathtaking portraits of the couple - and, of course, those candid in-between moments that truly tell the story of the day.

Guests enjoyed drinks on the terrace, heartfelt speeches inside the barn, and a lively dance floor that lasted long into the evening. Every detail - from the floral arrangements to the fairy lights - reflected the couple’s fun and elegant style.
